Brokering Wishes 50/50 Raffle HOUSE RULES

1.    Players must be individuals, must reside in Nova Scotia, 19 year or older, and use a major credit card. Credit cards used for payment must have a Nova Scotia address.

2.    Tickets will be available online only and sold at a rate of: 

3.    The purchase of tickets will only be accepted for the monthly draw dates of: 1 for $10, 3 for $20, 8 for $50 and 20 for $100.

Th., December 31, 2020; Sun., January 31, 2021; Sun., February 28, 2021; Wed., March 31, 2021; Fri., April 30, 2021; and Mon., May 31, 2021.

4.    Ticket sales will end at 4:30 PM (Atlantic) on the day before the monthly draw.

5.    The winning number will be a random draw from ticket numbers purchased during the period of play. The draw will take place between 5 PM and 6 PM (Atlantic) on the day of each draw at 125 - 202 Brownlow Ave., Dartmouth, NS.

6.    The winner will receive a cash prize equal to half the total gross revenue of tickets sold.

7.    The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 90 days to claim their prize. If prize is not claimed a second draw will be made from the numbers retained from unclaimed draw after 90 days.

8.    To claim the prize, the winner must present a photo ID and proof of age.

9.    Draw results will be announced on social media by 6:00 PM for each month’s draw.

10. By playing you consent to having your name, winning number and community published.

11. The person(s) drawing the winning number must not hold a ticket for the draw.

Make-A-Wish employees, Brokering Wishes 50/50 planning committee and family members of either group, not involved in the draw, are eligible to purchase online tickets.
