The key goal of the Hinton & District Spay and Neuter Society is to spay or neuter as many stray cats as possible and adopt them into forever-loving homes. In doing this, we humanely reduce and stabilize the overwhelming population of homeless cats in our community. As well as preventing many unwanted cats and kittens from entering other rescue organizations. It is unbelievable that in 2023, we have seen an increase in the number of cats that are injured and sick come into our care.

All funds raised will go directly to veterinary fees and operating costs. Our society's mission is one day not to have to worry about new generations of kittens being born into unhealthy and unsafe environments.

All cats should have the chance to live healthy and happy lives.
