2. A 2021 Dutchman Aspen Trailer 17BH Camper $21,510.30 value - No cash in lieu.
3. No one under the age of 18 may purchase or have their name on a raffle ticket stub.
4. Tickets may be sold and purchased within Alberta ONLY.
5. Only one payment method will be accepted.
6. Only one mailing address will be recorded and it must be an Alberta address.
7. Only tickets that have been verified as paid for will be entered into the draw.
8. The following including their spouse and any related dependent person residing in the same
household are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: the raffle manager and the partners and employees of Rafflebox.
9. Each ticket may only have one person’s name on it. In the event a winning ticket stub has more than one name on it, the prize will be awarded to only one of the people identified on the ticket stub. Neither Airdrie Phoenix Swim Club nor the AGLC are responsible for any disputes that may arise between different individuals whose names appear on the tickets.
10. In the event that the winning ticket has more than one name, it is the responsibility of the primary ticket holder to share winning information with those parties.
11. All ticket purchases are final, and refunds are not available.
12. The Prize to be awarded is a 2021 Dutchmen Aspen Trailer 17BH to the person whose ticket is drawn first. The Aspen Trailer will be bought new for this raffle. The vehicle must be claimed by the winner at Field of RV Dreams. The retail value of the trailer is $21,510.30 (GST included)
13. Draw date is May 14th, 2022 at 2:00 pm

16. The drawn will select one winner at random.
17. ONLY one ticket will be drawn for this draw.
- The winning ticket will be selected by random number generator
- A witness with no interest in the outcome of the draw will be present
- The draw will be recorded and posted to www.airdriephoenixswim.ca
- Two elected APSC executives will be present to witness the draw
18. The winners of the prize will be notified by telephone and in writing by the address and
telephone number provided by the ticket purchaser
19. The prizes must be accepted as awarded, no cash in lieu.
20. To ensure the privacy of the winners, only the winning ticket numbers will be posted on the APSC website (www.airdriephoenixswim.ca) during the week immediately following the draw date. Names will be given upon request. The winner has one year to claim their prize. If the winner has not claimed the prize before May 15th, 2023, and after all reasonable attempts to contact the winner and award the prize have been exhausted (i.e. By telephone at the number provided on the ticket stub or by registered mail at the address if provided on the ticket stub). The unclaimed prize, after one month after the draw date, will donated back the Airdrie Phoenix Swim Club upon AGLC approval.
