YXE First Responders Fitness Festival (YXE FRFF) is a 2-day competitive team-based event that features 80 athletes from city police, RCMP, fire, EMS, aeromedical services, and emergency departments. All showcasing their strength, determination, and mental fortitude. The event will be running in Saskatoon on October 3rd and 4th, 2026. YXE FRFF is a registered non-profit whose goal is to fundraise over $40,000 for charitable organizations this year. Money raised will be donated to KidSport, and OSI-Can. YXE FRFF 50/50 Raffle Rules:

1. Eligibility:

• Tickets must be purchased in Saskatchewan.

• The purchaser must be 19 years or older.

• Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a Minor.

• YXE FRFF board members, organizers, and their families are eligible to purchase 50/50 raffle tickets.

2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

• 1 for $10

• 3 for $20

• 10 for $50

• 25 for $100

3. A maximum of 5000 tickets will be sold.

4. Ticket sales will end on October 4th, 2026, at 11:59 pm, unless sold out prior.

5. The winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of ticket sales to a maximum of $10,000

6. All ticket numbers will be emailed to the purchaser by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out.

7. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing a Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA) registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

8. Winners will be contacted using the information provided at the time of ticket purchase. The winning prize will be delivered by cheque or e-transfer to the information provided at the time of purchase

9. Please keep your original receipt in the event of a disagreement. Precedence will be given to the original receipt issued.

10. All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.

11. The licensee shall hold prizes that are unclaimed in a secure location for a period of one (1) year from the date of the draw. If the prizes go unclaimed beyond their hold date, the prize/cash equivalent shall be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by SLGA.

12. By playing, you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.

13. Unclaimed prizes will be held in a secure location for one year past the draw date. If prizes are still unclaimed, the prize/cash will be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by SLGA”

14. Draw Date will be Monday, October 5th ,2026 @ 12:00 pm. The draw will take place at the Saskatoon Police Service, 76 25th St E Saskatoon, SK.
