1. Players of this lottery must reside in Ontario and be 18 years of age or older to purchase tickets.

2. Tickets will be available for sale online only and sold at a rate of:

a) 1 for $5

b) 5 for $20

A maximum of 3,000 tickets will be available. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Tickets are valid only for this raffle.

1. The schedule for ticket sales and the race/draw is as follows:

• Opening date: June 1, 2026

• Ticket sales close: July 11, 2026 at 5:00 pm, or when sold out

• Race/Draw location: Brant’s Crossing Park, Brantford, ON

• Winners announced approximately one (1) hour after the race

Results will also be published at www.woodview.ca and shared on social media.

1. There will be three (3) winners determined by the order in which numbered rubber ducks cross the finish line:

• 1st place: $1,800

• 2nd place: $900

• 3rd place: $300

Total prize pool: $3,000.

1. Winners will be announced at the event and contacted by phone or email if not present. The Licensee will attempt contact three (3) times over three (3) consecutive 24-hour periods. Winners have six (6) months to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes after six (6) months will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.

2. Draw results will be announced at www.woodview.ca and through Woodview’s social media channels.

3. Winners must provide valid proof of purchase, their ticket number, and government-issued photo ID to claim their prize. Winners must arrange prize collection and complete required documentation.

4. Once verified, winners will receive their prize by cheque within 10 business days.

5. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to having your name and winning number published and agree to allow Woodview Mental Health and Autism Services to use your name and image for promotional purposes without compensation.

6. All ticket purchases are final. The Licensee reserves final authority on ticket eligibility, winner determination, and rule compliance. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

7. Net proceeds from the raffle will support therapeutic programs and services for children, youth, and families in the Brantford community.
