Rules of Play

1) Players of this lottery must reside in Ontario, be 18 years of age or older. Credit cards used for payment must have an Ontario address.

2) Tickets will be available for sale online and we reserve the right to make in-person ticket sales available at special events.

3) Tickets will be sold at a rate of – 1 for $5; 3 for $10; 20 for $20; 100 for $50

4) Final 50/50 Draw will take place on August 16, 2026 at 9pm in Wallaceburg, ON

5) Ticket sales will end on August 16, 2026 at 9pm. On August 16, 2026 at 9pm the final 50/50 draw will take place and one winner will receive a cash prize equal to 50% of the 50/50 total.

6) The winner will be determined by random-number generator draw. The winner will be contacted by phone or email.

7) By purchasing a ticket, purchaser agrees to allow the licensee to use purchaser’s name and image without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.

8) The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 draws: Residents outside of Ontario, Anyone under the age of 18, Members of WMLA executive board, and Committee members of the Matt Cousins Memorial Golf Tournament.

10) Unclaimed 50/50 prizes will be held for six months at which time the unclaimed proceeds will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority, the Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario
