Winfield Ag Society Raffle Rules

1. Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older, the name of a minor must not be entered onto a ticket.
2. The following persons are prohibited from purchasing of tickets.
a. Winfield Ag Society Board Members
b. Raffle Box Employees
3. There will be no minimum and the raffle will draw on the due date regardless.
4. Ticket Prices will be sold in several different packages;
a. Series A - $10 for 1 Ticket - 50 tickets
b. Series B - $20 for 4 Tickets – 2000 tickets
c. Series C - $50 for 20 Tickets – 800 tickets
d. Series D - $100 for 100 Tickets – 7500 tickets
5. Ticket purchaser may email winfieldagsociety@gmail.com to be removed from automatic emails or subscriptions.
6. Early Bird Prize Draws will be at 5:00 pm on the day listed below.
a. June 29, 2024 @ 5:00 pm – Winfield Ag Grounds
7. Grande Prize Draw will be August 11, 2024 at 12:00 pm at the Winfield Ag Grounds – 401 6th ST S, Winfield, Ab.
8. Draws will use Rafflebox random number generator software and will be live streamed and video recorded for all to see. Early bird winners will be returned to the draw and are eligible for all prizes.
9. Winfield Ag Society will not be seeding the raffle at any time.
10. All prizes are as stated and there are no cash alternatives offered.
11. To claim prize Winfield Ag Society will contact the winner and make arrangements, the winner will have 90 days to claim prize and an additional 30 to pick the prize up or the win will be forfeited. Prize award locations are as based at Winfield, AB and any additional costs for transport or freight are at the expense of the winner.
12. All prizes are brand new and never used condition.
13. If winner cannot be contacted within 90 days from draw date the winner will be considered forfeited and Winfield Ag Society will retain the prize for use in a future raffle, with AGLC approval.
14. Refunds for raffle tickets will not be offered, once they are assigned and sent we will not be offering refunds.
15. There may be only one name entered onto a ticket, if there are multiple names then the name listed first will be awarded the prize. Neither the Winfield Ag Society nor AGLC is responsible for any disputes among the individuals whose names are listed on the ticket.
16. All complaints for the raffle are to be directed to Carolyn Schwindt with the Winfield Ag Society at winfieldagsociety@gmail.com
17. In the event of a power failure, we will use laptop or portable devices where possible, if this is not possible then the draw will be made the following day at the same time.
