Wilmot Girls Hockey Association House Rules
1) Players of this lottery must reside in Ontario, be 18 years of age or older. WGHA Executive holding the roles of President, Past President, Vice President, Fundraising Director, Treasurer, Secretary are ineligible to participate.
2) Tickets will be available for sale online. The link and QR code to the Rafflebox platform (https://www.rafflebox.ca/raffle/wilmot-gha-3) to purchase tickets will be posted our association website, and shared on social media. Tickets can be purchased by debit or major credit card on the Rafflebox website. Players will have to provide their full billing address with their credit card information, and tickets are generated through the Rafflebox platform.
3) Tickets will be sold at a rate of – 1 for $5; 3 for $10; 20 for $20; 100 for $50
4) Draw Schedule –
• January 11, 2026
• March 31, 2026
• October 15, 2026
• December 15, 2026
5) The winner will be awarded 50% of the value of all tickets sold, which will be determined by Random-Number Generator draw. Two executive members of the Wilmot Girls Hockey Association will be present at the association office located at Unit #3, 1291 Nafziger Road, Baden, ON when the Random-Number Generator on the Rafflebox website will be activated. The winner will be contacted by email or text.
6) Method of Draw announcement – Winner will be announced via email, the winner and winning ticket number will be published on the association website: www.wilmotgirlshockey.com
7) By purchasing a ticket, purchaser agrees to allow the Wilmot Girls Hockey Association House Rules to use purchaser’s name and image without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.
8) Winners may claim their prize by contacting the Wilmot Girls Hockey Association at 519-634-9005 or fundraisingdirectorwgha@gmail.com. The winner will be required to present the original email or text confirmation of the winning ticket number, and provide two forms of identification, including a government-issued photo ID.
Winners will be paid by cheque for the amount posted on the lottery website for which they bought their ticket. Winners must have the original winning ticket and no copies. All payments will be made by cheque.
9) The winning ticket holder has six months to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for. Any prizes which are not claimed must be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize must be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.
