RAFFLE RULES – ONLINE SLED RAFFLE

(1) Online Raffle is Managed/Conducted by the Whitecourt Trailblazers Snowmobile Club

(2) Prize(s) are “new”

1. Early Bird Draw – Marlon Xplore Pro III 7ft Sled Deck MSPR $6,960 (To be drawn January 31, 2026 at 12:00 pm)

2. Grand Prize Draw – 2026 Skidoo Summit X 154” Turbo R 850 (Monument Grey) MSPR $25,994 (To be drawn February 14, 2026 at 4:30 pm)

(3) Ticket Information as follows:

 Series A: 100 TICKET PACKAGES - 1 TICKET for $10 - $1,000

 Series B: 350 TICKET PACKAGES - 4 TICKETS for $20 – $7,000

 Series C: 460 TICKET PACKAGES - 20 TICKETS for $50 –$23,000

 Series D: 590 TICKET PACKAGES - 100 TICKETS for $100 – $59,000

 69,700 - tickets available = $90,000

(4) Purchasers must be 18 years of age and older and the name of a minor must not be given on the ticket. Tickets only sold in the province of Alberta.

(5) EARLY BIRD DRAW: One ticket will be drawn to win the Early Bird Prize of a Marathon Xplore Pro Sled Deck. All tickets purchased prior to 12:00 pm on January 31st, 2026 will be eligible to win the early bird prize. On January 31, 2026 at 12:00 pm the President/Vice President, Treasurer, Raffle Chairperson and/or Executive Assistant will log into Rafflebox and use the RNG to pick one winner. (2 Elected Executives or their delegates and one member of the public must be present to witness the draw). The winner will then be announced at 12:00 pm at the Whitecourt Trailblazers Club Eagle River Staging Area, 10 minutes North West of Whitecourt, Alberta HWY 32N. The draw is open to the public. The winner will be contacted, sled deck delivery/pickup will be discussed and it is the winner’s responsibility (cost) to pickup the prize. The winner of the Early Bird Draw Prize will be re-entered into the Final Draw.

(6) FINAL/MAIN DRAW: One ticket will be drawn to win the Grand Prize of a 2026 Skidoo Summit X Turbo Snowmobile. When ticket sales close on February 14th, 2026 at 4:00pm, the President/Vice President, Treasurer, Raffle Chairperson and/or Executive Assistant will log into Rafflebox and use the RNG to pick one winner. (2 Elected Executives or their delegates and one member of the public must be present to witness the draw). The winner will then be announced at 4:30pm at the Westward Community Centre, Whitecourt, Alberta, Hwy 32s 10km. The draw is open to the public. The winner will be contacted, snowmobile delivery/pickup will be discussed and it is the winner’s responsibility (cost) to pickup the prize.

(7) If (2) two names are on the ticket, prize will be awarded to first name listed. In the event a winning ticket has more than one name on it, the licensed charity shall award the prize to only one of the individuals (the first name) identified on the ticket, and that the licensed charity and the AGLC are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose names appear on the ticket stub.

(8) Requests for ticket refunds must be made in writing (1) one week prior to draw

(9) Winner(s) will have (3) three months from each individual draw date to claim their prize. If at the time the prize has not been claimed, the prize shall be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by AGLC.

(10) All Trailblazer members are eligible to win except the club President, Vice President, Treasurer, Executive Assistant and Raffle Chairperson. Immediate family are eligible to win.

(11) There is no minimum number of tickets required to be sold.

(12) Transportation and insurance are the responsibility of the winner.

(13) There is “NO cash in lieu” available, in exchange for the sled deck or snowmobile.

(15) The ticket provided to the purchaser via email that is provided when they purchase the ticket online.

(16) Tickets can be purchased online only. Tickets can be purchased online until the day of the Main Draw - February 14, 2026 (4:00pm). No cash accepted.

(17) Online Raffle draw via RNG - In the event of a power failure, no WIFI or unable to access Rafflebox via LTE/5G; the draw will immediately take place once such service is accessible.
