1. Players must reside in British Columbia or be in the province at time of purchase, be 19 years or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit.

2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

• 1 for $10

• 5 for $20

• 20 for $40

• 100 for $100

3. All ticket numbers will be emailed to purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox).

4. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing a registered ERS (Rafflebox) Random Number Generator (RNG).

5. Draw will occur on June 18th, 2023. The winner will be announced in person at the end of the Whistler Summer Classic competition and their name will appear under the ‘Winners’ tab found on the main raffle page.

6. The winner will receive 50% of ticket sales.

7. The winner will be contacted by phone and email and have 90 days to claim their prize. A second draw from the same numbers will occur after 90 days if the prize goes unclaimed.

8. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.

9. Whistler Gymnastics Board members and those listed as responsible for the conduct and management of the Whistler Summer Classic are not permitted to participate in the raffle. Staff volunteering at the event are permitted to participate provided they are not actively volunteering at the time of purchase.
