1. The Raffle will take place starting March 11, 2026 with ticket sales continuing to March 25, 2026. Ticket sales will close at 9:00 p.m. EST on March 25, 2026. The draws for the grand prize and consolation prizes will be held on March 25, 2026 at 9:01 p.m. at The Quay (100 Queens Quay E, 3rd Floor, Toronto, ON M5E 1V3).

2. All tickets will only be sold to people who are 18 years of age or older.

3. Prize Raffle Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

• 1 for $50

• 3 for $100

• 10 for $250

4. Prize Raffle Tickets will be drawn from fifth prize to first prize.

• Grand Prize: Travel voucher with 2 Business Class Flight tickets from Air Canada, travelling to anywhere Air Canada flies to, paired with a $2,000 Airbnb Gift Card. Value $38,600.

• 2nd Prize: Private Shopping Spree from Holt Renfrew. Value $5,000.

• 3rd Prize: VIP Experience for 2 at El Mocambo. Value $1,500.

• 4th Prize: 1 Night Stay for 2 at Riverbend Inn & Vineyard, with dinner and wine included. Value $1,000.

5. Prize Raffle: total prize board of $17,500.

6. 50/50 Raffle Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

• 1 for $10

• 4 for $20

• 20 for $50

• 100 for $100

7. 50/50 Raffle Prize:

• 50/50 Draw for 50% of revenue.

8. Tickets will be sold online at www.rafflebox.com.

9. Tickets will be sold using an electronic raffle system supplied by Rafflebox Technologies Inc.

10. After buying, patrons will receive a confirmation email with their registered raffle numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.

12. A Random Number Generation (RNG) system will select the winning ticket number from all raffle numbers sold for the draw. After each winning ticket is drawn it will be returned and eligible for all subsequent draws.

13. The winning number will be announced at the Well Dressed for Spring event at The Quay (100 Queens Quay E, 3rd Floor, Toronto, ON M5E 1V3) on March 25, 2026. All winners will be notified by mail, email, or phone (or in person if present at the event).

15. Prizes may not be exactly as shown. No cash value or substitutions for any of the Prize Raffle prizes.

16. All prizes are tax-exempt and must be accepted as awarded.

17. Any prizes that are not claimed must be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. If at that time the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize must be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.

18. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the raffle: Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation staff as well as their spouses, children, and children-in-law.
