· 22,775 average kilometers travelled by staff & volunteers for Meals-on-Wheels and Transportation programs per month

I. TICKET DETAILS

50% of ticket sales.

II. METHOD

Only 1 draw where winner will receive 50% of ticket sales raised during the ticket sales period. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing the Alcohol, Gaming, Fuel, Tabacco (AGFT) registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG). The winner shall be announced to all participants via electronic notification.

III. ELIMINATION OF WINNERS

There's only one draw to be conducted, no subsequent draws after that.

IV. AGE LIMIT

Must be 19 or older to participate.

V. CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be located within the province of Nova Scotia.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the raffle:

All employees of the organization associated with the management and execution of the raffle, and all of the organization's board members.

VI. ANY OTHER RESTRICTIONS TO THE WINNING PRIZE

The organization is not responsible for difficulties arising in contacting the winner due to the winner entering erroneous contact information at the time of purchase.

VII. CONDITIONS FOR UNCLAIMED PRIZES

Winners have 90 days to claim the prize(s). If the prize(s) go unclaimed beyond their hold date, a second draw must be made for prizes unclaimed after 90 days following the original draw. If the secondary draw remains unclaimed after 90 days, the prize/cash equivalent shall be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by AGFT.
