VOCM Cares Foundation Rules and Conditions
1 - Prizes to be accepted as offered and as presented, there are no substitutes.
2 - Prizes have no cash value unless otherwise stated.
3 - Purchasers must be at least 19 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Tickets must be purchased within the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
4 - All persons may purchase tickets. However, members of the VOCM Cares Foundation, and their immediate family (defined as spouse and children residing with them) are not eligible to claim/win any prizes.
5 - Pursuant to the regulations governing this lottery under authority Department of Digital Government and Service NL, tickets must be purchased within the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
6 - We the VOCM Cares Foundation reserve the right to publish names, addresses, and photographs of all the winners and or ticket purchasers and retain the right to use such for any, and all promotional purposes for an indefinite period.
7 - All disputes will be settled by the VOCM Cares Foundation, all decisions are final.
8 - Our “VOCM Cares Foundation” liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket only, if for any reason the ticket stub is not included in the draw. The VOCM Cares Foundation will make every reasonable effort to ensure that no tickets are excluded
9 - The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 60 days to claim their prize, a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 60 days if the prize goes unclaimed.
10 – SERIES A - 1 FOR $10, SERIES B - 3 FOR $25, SERIES C - 10 for $50 SERIES D - 25 for $100

14 – Tickets to be drawn on May 1 2026, in the afternoon at 391 Kenmount Road, St. John’s, NL
