TIRAGE VIRTUEL 50/50 DE L’UQROP – RÈGLEMENTS DE PARTICIPATION
1. TITULAIRE
Le « Tirage virtuel 50/50 de l’UQROP» (ci-après le « Tirage ») est un tirage organisé par l’Union québécoise de réhabilitation des oiseaux de proie (ci-après l’«UQROP ou l’« Organisateur »). Le numéro de licence de la RACJ du Québec est le L-03949.
2. ADMISSIBILITÉ
La participation au Tirage est réservée exclusivement aux personnes âgées de 18 ans et plus, et physiquement localisées dans la province de Québec lors de l’achat de billets.
Ne sont pas admissibles pour participer au Tirage: les personnes employées par l’Organisateur, les personnes membres de son conseil d’administration et toutes autres parties mises en cause dans les activités d’élaboration, de réalisation et/ou distribution du matériel relatif à ce tirage.
3. COMMENT PARTICIPER
Les billets sont vendus uniquement en ligne par l’entremise de la plateforme RaffleBox. La vente des billets se déroule du 22 juin 2026 à 00h01 HE, au 1er septembre 2026 à 11h59 HE.
Chaque participant devra fournir ses coordonnées pour acheter des billets et être admissible au Tirage.
Puisqu’il s’agit d’un Tirage à pourcentage de type moitié-moitié (ou 50/50), le nombre total de billets mis en vente est indéterminé.
Les billets sont vendus au coût suivant: 1 pour 5$, 3 pour 10$, 10 pour 20$, 20 pour 30$ et 40 pour 50$.
La sélection du billet gagnant (le « Billet ») se fera par tirage au sort par voie électronique parmi tous les billets vendus pour le Tirage. Le Billet sera sélectionné au moyen d'un système électronique fourni par la plateforme RaffleBox. Le tirage du Billet aura lieu le 1er septembre 2026 vers 13h00 HE, dans les bureaux de l’UQROP, au 875 rang Salvail Sud, Saint-Jude, Québec, J0H 1P0.
4. PRIX
Le prix en argent correspondra à 50 % du total du montant perçu lors de la vente des billets.
5. RÉCLAMATION DES PRIX
Un représentant de l’Organisateur informera par téléphone la personne gagnante (le « Gagnant ») dans les quatorze (14) jours suivant le tirage. L’UQROP tentera aussi de joindre le Gagnant par courriel durant cette période. Si l’UQROP ne réussit pas à joindre le Gagnant dans les 14 jours suivant le tirage, et ce, en ayant utilisé des moyens raisonnables, un nouveau tirage aura lieu dans les bureaux de l’UQROP. Il en sera ainsi jusqu’à ce qu’un Gagnant soit rejoint.
Pour réclamer son prix, le Gagnant devra signer et retourner le Formulaire de déclaration et d’exonération confirmant le respect du présent Règlement de participation dans les sept (7) jours ouvrables de la date à laquelle le Gagnant a reçu le Formulaire de déclaration et d’exonération pour signature, en plus de fournir une pièce d’identité officielle aux fins de vérification.
Le prix du Tirage moitié-moitié en argent sera remis via virement bancaire, en dollars canadiens, dans les 14 jours ouvrables suivant l’obtention des données bancaires du Gagnant, et la réception par l’Organisateur du Formulaire de déclaration et d’exonération signé par le Gagnant. Dans certains cas, le prix du Tirage moitié-moitié peut être payé par chèque. Le prix n’est ni transférable ni substituable, seul le détenteur du billet gagnant peut réclamer le prix.
6. AUTRES CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES
Toutes les ventes de billets sont finales. Il n’y aura aucun remboursement émis à quiconque pour quelque raison que ce soit.
Aucun reçu officiel pour fins d’impôt ne sera émis pour l’achat de billets pour le Tirage, tel que prévu par l’Agence du revenu du Canada.
L’Organisateur doit recevoir l’approbation de la RACJ avant d’annuler le Tirage et/ou d’en modifier les règles.
En participant au Tirage, tous les acheteurs de billets acceptent de : (a) être liés par le présent Règlement de participation; et (b) libérer le fournisseur de services (RaffleBox), l’Organisateur, y compris son conseil d’administration, ses dirigeants et ses employés (les « Parties libérées ») de toute réclamation, demande, blessure, perte, dommage et/ou responsabilité de quelque nature que ce soit qu’ils pourraient subir en raison de leur participation au Tirage.
Le Gagnant dégage les Parties libérées de toute responsabilité et de tout dommage qu’il pourrait subir en raison de l’acceptation ou de l’utilisation du prix.
Ce Tirage est assujetti à toutes les lois et à tous les règlements fédéraux, provinciaux et municipaux applicables. Toute décision prise par l’Organisateur est finale et sans appel.
7. CONSENTEMENT ET PUBLICITÉ
En participant au présent tirage, les gagnants autorisent l’UQROP à utiliser leur nom et prénom à des fins de promotion, sans compensation, conformément aux exigences de la RACJ.
En participant au présent tirage, les acheteurs de billets autorisent l’UQROP à utiliser leurs adresses courriels et/ou leurs numéros de téléphone à des fins publicitaires et promotionnelles. Les acheteurs peuvent présenter une demande de retrait de cette liste marketing à l’UQROP en tout temps, en envoyant un courriel à info@uqrop.qc.ca.

UQROP 50/50 VIRTUAL DRAW – PARTICIPATION RULES
1. HOLDER
The “UQROP 50/50 Virtual Draw” (hereinafter referred to as the “Draw”) is organized by the Union Québécoise de Réhabilitation des Oiseaux de Proie (hereinafter referred to as “UQROP” or the “Organizer”). The Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ) license number is L-03949.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Participation in the Draw is exclusively reserved for individuals aged 18 years and over, who are physically located in the province of Quebec at the time of ticket purchase.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Draw: employees of the Organizer, members of its board of directors, and any other parties involved in the development, production, and/or distribution of the materials related to this Draw.
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Tickets are sold exclusively online through the RaffleBox platform. Ticket sales will take place from June 22, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time, to September 1st, 2026, at 11:59 a.m. Eastern Time.
Each participant must provide their contact information to purchase tickets and be eligible for the Draw.
Since this is a 50/50 draw, the total number of tickets available for sale is undetermined.
Tickets are sold at the following prices: 1 for $5, 3 for $10, 10 for $20, 20 for $30 and 40 for $50.
The winning ticket (the “Ticket”) will be selected via an electronic random draw from all tickets sold for the Draw. The Ticket will be selected using an electronic system provided by the RaffleBox platform. The draw of the Ticket will take place on September 1st, 2026, at approximately 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time, at the UQROP office, located at 875 Rang Salvail Sud, Saint-Jude, Québec, J0H 1P0, Canada.
4. PRIZE
The cash prize will consist of 50% of the total amount raised from ticket sales.
5. PRIZE CLAIM
A representative of the Organizer will notify the winner (the “Winner”) by phone within fourteen (14) days following the draw. The UQROP will also attempt to contact the Winner by email during this period. If the UQROP is unable reach the Winner within 14 days following the draw, despite reasonable efforts, a new draw will be held at the UQROP office. This process will be repeated until a Winner is successfully contacted.
To claim the prize, the Winner must sign and return the Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with these Participation Rules within seven (7) business days of receiving the Declaration and Release Form for signature, and provide valid government-issued identification for verification purposes.
The cash prize from the 50/50 Draw will be issued via bank transfer in Canadian dollars within 14 business days of the Organizer receiving the signed Declaration and Release Form from the Winner, and obtaining the Winner’s banking information. In some cases, the prize from the 50/50 Draw may be paid by check. The prize is neither transferable nor substitutable; only the holder of the winning ticket can claim the prize.
6. OTHER GENERAL CONDITIONS
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued to anyone, for any reason.
No official tax receipt will be issued for the purchase of tickets for the Draw, as per the Canada Revenue Agency regulations.
The Organizer must obtain approval from the RACJ before cancelling the Draw and/or changing its rules.
By participating in the Draw, all ticket purchasers agree to: (a) be bound by these Participation Rules; and (b) release the service provider (RaffleBox), the Organizer, including its board of directors, officers, and employees (the “Released Parties”), from any claims, demands, injuries, losses, damages, and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever that they may incur as a result of participating in the Draw.
The Winner releases the Released Parties from any liability, and from any damages that the Winner may suffer as a result of accepting or using the prize.
This Draw is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. All decisions made by the Organizer are final and binding.
7. CONSENT AND ADVERTISING
By participating in this draw, winners authorize the UQROP to use their first and last name for promotional purposes, without compensation, in accordance with the requirements of the RACJ.
By participating in this draw, ticket purchasers authorize the UQROP to use their email address and/or telephone number for advertising and promotional purposes. Purchasers may request to be removed from this marketing list at any time by sending an email to info@uqrop.qc.ca.
