1. Eligibility
Tickets may only be purchased by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who are located in Ontario at the time of purchase.
Members of the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation Board of Directors, staff, and individuals directly involved in the conduct and management of the raffle are not eligible to win.

2. Ticket Sales
Tickets will be sold online through the AGCO-approved raffle platform Rafflebox and may also be sold in person.
Ticket prices are:
• 1 for $20
• 3 for $50
• 10 for $100
A maximum of 2,500 tickets will be sold.
Each ticket purchased will be assigned a unique number corresponding to a numbered golf ball used in the helicopter ball drop.

3. Draw Details
The draw will take place on August 14, 2026 during the Smylie’s Golf Classic.
Numbered golf balls corresponding to tickets sold will be placed in the helicopter and dropped over a designated target area on the golf course.
The ball that lands closest to the bullseye will be declared the winner.
If the helicopter drop cannot take place as planned due to weather, mechanical issues, or safety concerns, the draw will be conducted using an alternate random method approved under AGCO guidelines.

4. Prize
There is one (1) prize:
Grand Prize: $7,500 CAD
The prize will be paid by cheque issued by the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation.
The winner will be contacted using the information provided at the time of purchase.

5. Claiming the Prize
The winner must claim the prize within six (6) months of the draw date.
Unclaimed prizes will be held in safekeeping for six (6) months and handled in accordance with AGCO requirements.
The winner may be required to provide identification and sign a declaration of eligibility.
Winning ticket numbers will be published on the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation website and/or social media.

6. Use of Proceeds
Proceeds from this raffle will support the Emerge Stronger Campaign led by the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation to fund priority medical equipment and the expansion of the Emergency Department at Trenton Memorial Hospital, serving the Bay of Quinte region.

7. General
The raffle will be conducted in accordance with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and municipal licensing requirements.
By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser agrees to abide by these Rules of Play.
All decisions of the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation with respect to the raffle are final.
