If the prize is unclaimed after three months, the Confluence Historic Site & Parkland Society will donate the prize back to themselves upon AGLC approval. The Confluence Historic Site & Parkland will publish the winning ticket number on social media and on the Rafflebox and The Confluence website www.theconfluence.com/5050. The draw will not be conducted by any person who owns a ticket or a share of a ticket in the draw.
If more than one name is written on a ticket stub, the prize will be awarded to only one of the individuals named on the ticket stub. Neither the licensed charity nor AGLC is responsible for any disputes among the individuals whose names are written on the ticket stub.
