Theatre Calgary Raffle Rules

1.Players must reside in Alberta, be 18 years or older, and use a major credit card orVisa/Mastercard Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta address. Andthe name of a minor must not be written on the ticket. If it is determined prior to the drawthat a ticket has been issued to a minor, the ticket is deemed void and the purchaserrefunded.

2.Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of

a.1 for $20 (498 packages available)

b.5 for $50 (300 packages available)

c.15 for $75 (288 packages available)

d.50 for $100 (500 packages available)

3.Tickets purchased are non-refundable.

4.Ticket sales will commence on May 20, 2026, at 12:00am and will conclude on June 30,2026, at 11:59pm. The draw for all prizes will take place on July 2, 2026, at 10:00am at theTheatre Calgary Offices (220 9 Ave SE, Calgary, Alberta). In the event of a power failure, thedraw will take place on July 3, 2026, at 10:00am at the Theatre Calgary Offices, or thesoonest available date.

5.Raffle Prizes have an estimated total value of $19,650. Prizes include:

a.Grand Prize (Total Estimated Value: $15,500) Epic Escape Package (Including Two (2)round trip United Flights from Canada to anywhere United Flies in Europe, USA, Canada, &Mexico and 100,000 Marriot BonVoy Points). United Voucher must be booked and travelmust be completed by June 03, 2027. Marriot BonVoy account is required to receive points.

b.Prize 2 (Total Estimated Value: $2,000) Experience a Theatre Calgary Season Package(Including 2026/2027 Theatre Calgary Season Subscription for two (2), Six (7) single useWO Mitchell Room Passes)

c. Prize 3 (Total Estimated Value: $1,100) Staycation & A Show Package (Including Two (2)night stay at the Residence Inn Calgary Downtown, Food & Beverage voucher for $150 at the Residence Inn Calgary Downtown, Voucher for two (2) tickets to any performance throughout the Theatre Calgary 2026/2027 season, One (1) single use WO Mitchell Room Pass)

d.Prize 4 (Total Estimated Value: $1,050) Opening Night Experience Package (Including Four (4) tickets to the Opening Night of Theatre Calgary’s 2nd show of the 2025/2026season, Two (2) single use WO Mitchell Room Passes (access for 4), Dinner for four (4))

6.The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing a certified AGLC ERS provider's (Rafflebox) random number generator. Winning tickets will not be returned to the draw to be eligible for a subsequent draw. A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw. An email confirmation with your ticket numbers will be provided after purchase.

7.Prizes will be drawn in the order of Grand Prize, Prize 2, Prize 3, Prize 4.

8. “Cash in Lieu” is not available to any winners in place of the listed prize.

9.The winner will be contacted by email. The winner has 90 days to claim their prize. If the winner does not claim their prize, we will request aglc approval to defer the prize to a future raffle draw.

10.Draw results will be announced on Facebook and Instagram Stories, as well as posted on our website: theatrecalgary.com.

11.If more than one name is written on a winning ticket stub, that prize will be awarded to only one of the individuals named on the ticket stub. Neither the licensed charity nor AGLC is responsible for any disputes among the individuals whose names are written on the ticket stub.

12.By playing you consent to having your winning numbers and name published.

13.The person(s) drawing the winning number must not hold a ticket for that draw

14.Theatre Calgary staff and volunteers are permitted to participate in the draw.
