Thunder Bay Gymnastics Association Online 50/50 Raffle Rules 2025/2026
3 50/50 events will run for the following dates:
Oct 30th 2025-Jan 2nd 2026, Jan 3rd 2026-March 20th 2026, March 21st 2026-July 17th 2026
1. Players of this lottery must reside in Ontario, be 18 years of age or older, and must use a major credit card of Visa debit card to purchase. Credit cards used for payment must have an Ontario address.
2. Tickets will be available for sale online
3. Ticket sales available at special events.
4. Tickets will be sold at a rate of: 40 for $10; 100 for $20; 300 for $50; 800 for $100
5. Draws will take place on the following dates: Jan 2nd 2026, March 20th 2026, July 17th 2026
6. The winner will be determined by random-number generator draw. The winner will be contacted by phone or email.
7. By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser agrees to allow the Thunder Bay Gymnastics Association to use purchaser’s name and image without compensation for any promotional activity related to the 50/50 Raffle.
8. One cash prize will be awarded for the draw, the winning ticket will be posted on the https://www.rafflebox.ca/raffle/tbga 50/50 website and will also be posted on social media. The winner will be contacted directly.
9. The winning ticket holder has 6 months to claim their prize from the date of the draw that their ticket was purchased for.
10. The winner must provide their name, address and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet and send it to tbga.raffle10@gmail.com
11. Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given a cheque in the amount of 50% of total ticket sales. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.
12. In the event that no winner comes forward and all reasonable attempts have been made to contact the winner, the winning ticket will be kept in trust for 6 months after the draw date. After that time period has elapsed, the total amount of the prize held in trust will be included in the gross proceeds of the lottery event.
