Rules of Play:

1. All tickets will be sold only to people who are 18 years of age or older.

2. Tickets will be sold online using the electronic lottery system supplied by Rafflebox.

3. The lottery draw date below will occur in the Province of Ontario.

• January 17th, 2025

4. Ticket prices:

• Prize raffle: 1 for $5; 5 for $20; 15 for $50.

5. After buying, patrons will receive a confirmation email with their registered prize raffle

ticket numbers from a Random Selection System.

No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.

6. The winning ticket numbers will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG)

system from all lottery numbers sold for the draws.

8. The 3 Prizes will be awarded with the main prize being drawn first, followed by the 2nd, 3rd, prizes:

• 1. Basket 1-$1000 Value

• 2. Basket 2-$500 value

• 3. Basket 3-$250 value

8. The draw will be done at Thorold Community Arenas, City of Thorold at 70 Front Street, Thorold ON L2V 1X6 on Saturday January 17th, 2025 starting at 5:00pm.

9. Winners may claim their prize by contacting Brianne Wilson, Tournament Director –Thorold Amateur Athletic Association tournament@thoroldminorhockey.com or 905-227-1946

10. The winning ticket holder has six months to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for.

11. The winner must provide his/her name, address, and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet.

13. Once the prize raffle winners are verified, and provide identification with photo ID, they will be able to collect their prizes. If the winners cannot provide photo ID, then the prizes will be held until such identification can be provided.

14. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning number will be kept on file in a secure location and held for six months. After that time period has elapsed, the prize will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.

15. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the draws:

• Residents outside of Ontario

• Anyone under the age of 18
