1) Players of this lottery must be 18 years of age or older and residents of Ontario.
2) Tickets will be sold online only using an electronic raffle system supplied by Rafflebox.
3) Tickets will be sold at a rate of 1 for $5; 3 for $12; 10 for $30; and 30 for $75. The number of tickets sold will be unlimited.
4) Ticket sales will end 18:10 EDT on Sunday, July 12, 2026 with the draw taking place on Victoria Fields in Whitby. The winning ticket number will be posted on the Rotary Club of Whitby website: www.rotarywhitbysunrise.com
5) The winner will receive a prize of 50% of ticket sales. The winner will be paid by e-transfer or cheque.
6) All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.
7) The winner will be determined by a random draw using a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (Rafflebox) Random Number Generator.
8) The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner must show photo ID for verification when collecting their prize at a pre-arranged meeting.
If this prize is not claimed, it will be placed in safekeeping for a period of six months from the date of the draw. If at the end of six months the prize has still not been claimed, the money will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the AGCO.
9) The following individuals are not eligible to participate in this 50/50 draw:
- Residents outside of Ontario
- Anyone under the age of 18
- Any other restricted members
