RULES OF PLAY
1. The Station Arts Centre Co-operative raffle is open to the public and subject to Saskatchewan provincial laws and regulations.
2. You must be at least 19 years of age and reside in Saskatchewan to purchase a ticket.
3. The raffle tickets will be sold online using Rafflebox.
4. You must purchase a raffle ticket to win.
5. The ticket sales will begin (as soon as we receive a license)
6. Tickets will be sold until July 30th, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., unless sold out prior.
7. The draw will take place July 31st, 2026 at 2:00pm. at the Station Arts Centre Co-operative - 701 Railway Avenue - Rosthern, SK - S0K 3R0.
8. Ticket prices are 1 ticket for $10, 4 tickets for $20, 20 tickets for $50 and 100 tickets for $100. There are a maximum of 16,800 tickets being made available for sale.
9. All participants have their name and phone number recorded online.
10. The draw will be conducted using a Random Number Generator on the Rafflebox platform, a registered Electronic Raffle System (ERS) Manager in the province of Alberta. If the draw cannot take place on the date above, the draw will be held as soon as possible, with approval from SLGA. This is only if an unforeseen circumstance should happen.
11. Winner will receive the prize to the exact name recorded online. Prize will be available at the date, and days following the draw date.
12. The winner will be contacted by the Station Arts Centre Co-operative to arrange for pickup of the prize. Photo I.D. will be required.
13. Winner will be contacted using information they provided at the time they purchased their ticket.
14. Unclaimed prizes will be held for one year past the draw date. If prizes are still unclaimed, the prize will be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by SLGA.
15. The winner will receive a voucher for 4 nights for 4 people in a lakeside log chalet at Land of the Loon Resort, Anglin Lake SK.
16. Retail prize value is $1,400.
17. By purchasing a ticket you approve to have your name published.
18. Please keep your receipt: in the event of a disagreement in the draw, precedence will be given to original receipt issued.
19. No refunds.
20. Proceeds of this raffle will be used to support the Station Arts Centre Co-operative’s year round programming – costs related to live music events, visual art exhibits, live theatre and art activities/workshops.
21. Station Arts Centre Co-operative’s members, immediate family, or people involved in the conduct and management of the raffle are allowed to purchase tickets.
