Fort Macleod STARS Volleyball Tournament Progressive Raffle Rules
The rules will comply with the terms and conditions set out by AGLC and will be posted on the raffle webpage.
1. Tickets will be sold using electronic raffle system supplied by Rafflebox.
2. Tickets can be purchased online at the website www.fortmacleodSTARS5050.ca with a credit card only.
3. Purchaser must be 18 years or older to play. Purchaser must be within the province of Alberta when purchasing a ticket.
4. This raffle draw is open to the public.
5. The prizes will be as follows:
o 1st place will receive 25% of the total pot (up to a maximum of $5,000)
o 2nd place will receive 15% of the total pot (up to a maximum $3,000)
o 3rd place will receive 10% of the total pot (up to a maximum of $2,000)
6. Ticket Sales will begin at 12:00 AM on April 10, 2026 and end at 2:00 PM on April 19, 2026 or when ticket sales reach a capped limit of $20,000.
7. Tickets will be available as follows:
o 1 for $5 – 100 single packages available (100 tickets)
o 5 for $20 – 300 packages available (1,500 tickets)
o 20 for $50 – 120 packages available (2,400 tickets)
o 50 for $100 – 75 packages available (3,750 tickets)
o Total ticket packages available is: 14,700 tickets
8. The winning ticket numbers will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all raffle tickets sold for the draw, before 2:00 PM on April 19, 2026.
9. Ticket purchase deadline is 2:00 PM on April 19, 2026.
10. The draw date for the prize will take place on April 19, 2026 at 3:00 PM at the following location – 235 21 St, Fort Macleod AB T0L 0Z0.
11. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. The prize winners will have up to, but no more than 30 days from the draw date to claim their prize.
12. If the prize is not claimed by the above noted deadline, the winning ticket numbers will become void and the prize will be donated back to STARS Air Ambulance Foundation upon approval from AGLC.
13. The winning tickets must be presented in order to claim prize and a winner contact information form will be completed at the time the winning ticket is presented.
14. This raffle has been set up to only be one name listed as the ticket purchaser.
15. The winner must provide his/her name, address and phone number with picture identification. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.
16. The certified winners will receive a cheque in the amount of the declared prize.
17. The prize winners will receive their winnings via cheque (sent via registered mail).
18. There will be no refunds on any ticket sales.
19. The following individuals are prohibited from purchasing tickets: STARS Board Members, STARS Executive Leadership Team, all Rafflebox employees & their immediate family members.
