50/50 Raffle Rules & Regulations

AGLC Licence #781881

1. The Sherwood Park Titans Lacrosse Association 50/50 raffle is conducted under Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis (AGLC) Licence #781881.

2. Ticket sales begin May 14, 2026 and end prior to the draw on May 31, 2026.

3. The draw will take place on May 31, 2026 at the Edmonton South Soccer Centre, Edmonton, Alberta.

4. The winning prize will be 50% of total ticket sales, up to a maximum licensed prize value of $9,750.

5. Ticket packages and pricing are as follows:

○ 1 ticket for $10

○ 5 tickets for $20

○ 10 tickets for $35

○ 25 tickets for $50

○ 100 tickets for $100

6. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and physically located in Alberta at the time of purchase.

7. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

8. Tickets may not be purchased by members directly involved in conducting the draw if prohibited under AGLC policies.

9. The winning ticket will be selected randomly from all eligible tickets sold.

10. The winner does not need to be present to win.

11. The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

12. If the winner cannot be contacted within 90 days, the prize will be handled in accordance with AGLC policies and procedures.

13. The winner may be required to provide valid government-issued photo identification before the prize is awarded.

14. The Sherwood Park Titans Lacrosse Association reserves the right to publish the winner’s name and prize amount for promotional and reporting purposes, in accordance with AGLC requirements.

15. By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to abide by these rules and all applicable AGLC regulations.

16. Proceeds from the raffle will support Titans Classic tournament costs, floor rental costs, prizes, and medals.

17. The raffle shall be conducted in accordance with the Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Act, AGLC policies, and the terms and conditions of the raffle licence
