SCC Atlanta 50/50: OFFICIAL RULES

(“Event”)

OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Speedway Children's Charities, which shall be binding and final as to all matters related to the Event. The Event is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

NET PROCEEDS: All net proceeds will benefit Speedway Children's Charities (hereafter known as “Sponsors”) and the programs and charitable donations those Sponsors support.

PRIZE: Prize is 50% of the net voluntary proceeds

ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER: During the dates and times and other details specified below tickets are available for purchase OVER THE INTERNET by anyone 21 years or older REGARDLESS OF THEIR RESIDENCE if physically located in Georgia at the time of purchase.

PURCHASING ENTRIES: Ticket donations will commence at 8:00am June 15th, 2026 and conclude on July 13, 2026. The Grand Prize winner will be announced the following morning after the completion of the Quaker State 400 Available at Walmart. The following prices and corresponding “ticket numbers” are available: 1 ticket for $10.00, 10 tickets for $20.00 100 tickets for $40 and 400 tickets for $100. Tickets may be purchased at the EPS or online inside the State of Georgia.

THE DRAW SELECTION: The winning number will be selected by a gaming lab certified random number generator draw at the completion of theQuaker State 400 Available at Walmart.

ATTENDANCE AT DRAW: Ticket holders do not have to be present at the draws in order to win or to claim their prize.

CLAIMANTS: The winner must provide their full name, address and phone number and identification upon claiming their prize and release of information for publicity purposes.

FRAUDULENT TICKETS: Unauthorized persons copying, selling, or altering tickets are subject to prosecution. A 50/50 ticket will be void and no prize will be awarded if there is proof that the ticket was stolen, unissued, ineligible, altered, counterfeit in whole or in part, defective, printed in duplicate or printed/production in error.

DETERMINATION OF OFFICIAL WINNER(S): Sponsors shall have the sole discretion to determine whether each Potential Winner is an official winner of a Prize (an “Official Winner”). Sponsor’s decision concerning the identity of all Official Winners shall be final and binding. To become an Official Winner: (1) a Potential Winner must be eligible to participate in the Event under these Official Rules and must not be in violation of these Official Rules as determined in Sponsor’s sole judgment; (2) that Potential Winner must contact Sponsor by the deadline specified above.

AWARD OF PRIZE(S) TO OFFICIAL WINNER(S): A Prize will be awarded to each Potential Winner who has been designated by Sponsors as an Official Winner. All prizes will be sent to the Winner via cheque within 30 calendar days of winning or by in-person presentation by SCC and its representatives.

For security and safety purposes, no cash payments will be made to winners. Winners have 30 days from draw date to claim their prize. After 30 days, any potential winning ticket becomes void, and the jackpot will be donated towards the Sponsors causes.

TAXES AND LEGAL: Applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. As such, in order for the individual with the winning ticket to claim their winnings, they must fill out the proper paperwork/tax forms to claim prize.

For U.S. Persons - Any amount won that equals or exceeds $600 US; the winner must fill out a W-9 tax form and provide one proper form of identification (Driver's License, Social Security Card, Voters Registration, or some other form of picture ID). If a Tax Payer Identification Number (i.e. Social Security Number) is not provided on the W-9, a backup withholding of 28% of the winner's proceeds will be taken and submitted to the IRS on behalf of the winner.

Any amount over $5,000; winner must fill out a W-2G and will have 25% held for IRS withholdings. Paperwork will be given to winner for taxes/tax professional.

For Foreign Persons - A 1042 tax form must be filled out and a backup withholding rate of 30% on the winner's proceeds will be taken and submitted to the IRS on behalf of the winner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Released Parties (defined below under “RELEASE OF LIABILITY”) are not responsible for: (1) Entries which are stolen, lost, damaged, illegible, given away or no longer in the purchaser’s possession, (2) Entries that have been or may have been tampered with or re-sold in violation of these Official Rules; (3) Entries or payments that are delayed, misdirected, undelivered, not fully captured, or garbled as a result of any failure or problem whatsoever with the availability, functionality, operability or use of any network, server, ISP, website, computer, telephone, cable or satellite modem or connection, hand held mobile device or any other computer equipment or connection, whether or not caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by viruses, worms, or malfunctions affecting a network, server ISP or any equipment or programming used in or associated with the Event; (4) any other errors of any kind, whether human, typographical, printing, mechanical, or electronic in nature, which relate to or are connected with the Event (collectively, as described in clauses (1) through (4), “Errors”), including without limitation Errors in Event-related materials or in the administration of the Event, such as Errors in processing Entries, identifying Potential Winners, determining Official Winners, or announcing or delivering Prizes; or If any portion of the Event is compromised, in Sponsor’s sole judgment, by a virus, worm, bug, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in Sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Event, or the proper submission or capture of Entries (collectively, a “Compromising Event”), then Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or terminate the Event, and to select winners from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received before the known occurrence or discovery of such Comprising Event. All Entry purchases shall be final, and no refunds or replacements will be issued by Sponsor. Sponsor has sole and final decision on admissibility of entries and the determination of prize winner.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Entrants, by participating in the Event, agree that The Sponsor and Rafflebox, each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, shareholders, members, consultants and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for injuries, losses, cost, expenses or damages of any kind, including damages for death, personal injury, property damage.
