1. Tickets
Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.
Ticket purchasers must physically be located in British Columbia (BC) at the time of purchase/transaction.
Tickets will only be available online at https://www.rafflebox.ca/raffle/scancentre
Once the transaction is complete, purchasers will receive a confirmation email with their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Number Generator (RNG) hosted by Rafflebox. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, refunds will not be granted. The only exception would be in the unlikely event the raffle is cancelled. At that point, BC Gaming Policy and Enforcement rules and guidelines will be followed for proper reimbursement to all ticket buyers. The liability of the licensee of this raffle shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket(s).

Upon the conclusion of the purchase period, Scandinavian Community Center will use the Random Number Generator (RNG) to randomly generate one winning ticket number from among the numbers associated with purchased tickets and the decisions of that person shall be final and binding.
If a situation causes a delay or prevents a draw from occurring the Scandinavian Community Center will send out a notice of the substitution date via email notification to all ticket buyers and the details will be posted on the purchase website.

All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.
Winners will be posted online at after the winner has been contacted.
4. Winner
The winner will be contacted by Scandinavian Community Center by phone and will be provided with instructions on how to claim the prize.
Winners must provide the original winning ticket email, showing the winning number.
The winner will be paid by cheque, which may take 5-7 business days. The winner may pick up their winnings at 6540 Thomas St Burnaby BC V5B 4P9
or at an alternative agreed upon location. Prize to be claimed within 30 days
Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.
Tickets may be purchased by volunteers at the Scandinavian Community Center but Directors are not eligible to enter.
5. Privacy
Scandinavian Community Center does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.
