1. Players must reside in Alberta, 18 years or older, and use a major credit card or Visa Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta Address.

2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

1 Ticket for $10 | 40 Total Packages Available (40 Tickets Total) = $400.00

4 Tickets for $20 | 720 Total Packages Available (2,880 Tickets Total) = $3,600.00

20 Tickets for $50 | 1,600 Total Packages Available (32,000 Tickets Total) = $4,000.00

100 Tickets for $100 | 12,000 Total Packages Available (1,200,000 Tickets Total) = $12,000.00

3.Ticket sales will end on May 24, 2026, at 11:59 PM with the draw taking place on May 26, 2025, at 12:00 PM at 448 Lessard Dr, Edmonton, AB T6M 1A8

4. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox).  A physical ticket will not be mailed out.

5. The winner will receive the prize, 50% of the total ticket sales up to a maximum of $10,000.

6. The winner(s) will be determined by a random draw generator. The winning raffle draw number shall be determined from the pool of sold raffle ticket numbers. S. Bruce Smith Fundraising Society will notify the organization’s main raffle contact of the winner and S. Bruce Smith Fundraising Society will be in contact with the raffle winner within 5 business days following the draw by phone and email.

7. Draw results will also be announced by the S. Bruce Smith Fundraising Society.

8. If the prize remains unclaimed for more than 90 days from the date of the draw, a request will be made to AGLC for a decision regarding the disbursement of the prize

9. By playing you consent to having your name, winning numbers published.

10. The person(s) drawing the winning number must not hold a ticket for that draw. Volunteers and family members not involved in the draw are eligible to participate.
