We are currently partnered with LiveDifferent and the Toba Centre for Children & Youth. Sam’s Foundation is committed to raising awareness about youth mental health and to funding youth mental health related initiatives and programming offered by our partners.

About Us

Sam's Foundation was formed in memory of Samantha Mason, who struggled with depression, taking her own life in May of 2015. Samantha was the victim of school bullying, which over time stripped her of her innocence, self-confidence, and ultimately her will to live.

Today, Sam’s Foundation fundraises in support of Canadian charities that provide youth mental health related programs focused on support, education, and hope. Through this work, we celebrate Sam’s kind and loving spirit by spreading awareness and reaching other vulnerable youth who may be facing similar challenges.
