Rotary on the River 50/50

On June 24th, Rotary Club of Edmonton is hosting a dinner and sailing fundraising event on the Edmonton Queen Riverboat. In conjunction with our Rotary on The River event, Rotary Club of Edmonton is hosting a 50/50 raffle in support of:

Zebra Centre Child and Youth Advocacy Centre:

Opening in 2002, the Zebra Centre was the first of its kind in Canada, providing essential services and supports for children and youth who have experienced abuse of all forms including physical, sexual, emotional, neglect as well as online exploitation and witness to crime.

Zebra’s multi-disciplinary team of police, social workers, counsellors, crown prosecutors as well as advocates and navigators work together to provide a continuum of wrap-around support including investigative supports, justice supports and healing supports.

The Zebra Centre supports kids of all ages (from 3-18) as well as their safe caregivers, and in 2025, the Centre helped 4,418 kids!

1. Players must reside in Alberta, be 18 years or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit, or MasterCard Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta Address.

2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

1 tickets for $10 – 100 tickets available

10 tickets for $25 – 100 packages available

25 tickets for $50 – 150 packages available

3. No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. There will be no refunds issued, including if a ticket purchaser made an error in selecting the number of tickets they desire to purchase.

4. Ticket sales will end on June 29, 2026 at 1:00 PM.

5. Draw will take place on June 29, 2026 at 1:15 PM at the Chateau Lacombe (10111 Bellamy Hill Rd NW) in Edmonton, Alberta.

6. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an Alberta Gaming Liquor Commission (AGLC) registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG). In the case of a discrepancy between the posted raffle number and the actual raffle number selected through RNG, the actual raffle number selected through RNG will be the valid winning raffle number.

7. The winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of the total ticket sales.

8. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). Ticket Purchasers may not transfer their tickets to anyone else prior to claiming the prize. A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.

9. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. Please be wary of scams - we will NOT ask for your credit card information to redeem your prize.

10. The winner will have 30 days to claim their prize with payout to follow no later than July 29, 2026. A second draw from the same numbers will occur after 30 days if the prize goes unclaimed.

11. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.
