The Royal Newfoundland Regiment Memorial High School Hockey Corporation is a registered not-for-profit organization run by volunteers. All funds raised through this raffle support the running of the annual hockey tournament to ensure a first-class sporting event for NL’s young athletes.

The Royal Newfoundland Regiment Memorial High School Hockey Tournament is the largest high school hockey tournament in the province. It commemorates the legacy of The Royal Newfoundland Regiment and its rich hockey history. The tournament is dedicated to the memory of the fallen of the Regiment and all those who served.

Student athletes are encouraged to share their Regimental connections and to espouse the same values of sportsmanship, leadership, teamwork, esprit de corps and athleticism as their ancestors who fought so valiantly with the Regiment during WWI.

Tournament highlights: 80 games, 32 teams, 22 high schools, 3 ice surfaces, 2 arenas and more than 750 players and bench staff. Games are broadcast by Rogers TV and livestreamed by AO Live.

The 2026 tournament is from 13-19 April in Paradise and Mount Pearl.

1. Lottery prize is 50% of the published total jackpot amount and will be paid by cheque to the winner.

2. Lottery prize must be accepted as offered and as presented, there are no substitutes.

3. Purchasers must be at least 19 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor.

4. Pursuant to the regulations governing this lottery under authority Department of Digital Government and Service NL, tickets must be purchased within the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

5. Royal Newfoundland Regiment Memorial High School Hockey Tournament reserves the right to publish names, hometown, and / or photographs of the winner and or ticket purchasers and retain the right to use such for any, and all promotional purposes for an indefinite period.

6. All disputes will be settled by Royal Newfoundland Regiment Memorial High School Hockey Tournament, all decisions are final.

7. Royal Newfoundland Regiment Memorial High School Hockey Tournament liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket only, if for any reason the ticket stub is not included in the draw. Royal Newfoundland Regiment Memorial High School Hockey Tournament will make every reasonable effort to ensure that no tickets are excluded.

8. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 60 days to claim their prize, a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 60 days if the prize goes unclaimed.

9. Tickets packages are available at the following rates:

20 tickets for $20

10. Ticket Sales will begin at 9:00 AM on Monday April 6, 2026 and conclude at 11:59:59 PM on Sunday, April 19, 2026.

11. Draw will take place Monday April 20, 2026 10:00 AM at Paradise Double Ice Complex, Paradise NL

12. 600,000 total tickets available. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Raffle Box). A physical ticket will not be mailed out.
