RAFFLE RULES

Regina Zone 1 Softball -

1. Players must be (19) or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit.

2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

• 1 for $10

• 3 for $20

• 10 for $50

3. Ticket sales will end on July 18th at 11:59PM with the draw taking place at noon, on July 19th 2026 at the RMSL Dimonds.

4. The winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of ticket sales

5. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.

6. The winner will be determined by a random draw using a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

7. The winner will be contacted by phone and email.

8. For information regarding your ticket purchase or this raffle, please contact any Zone 1 Board Member, U13@zone1softball.ca - Details will also appear on ticket.

9. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.

10. Members of the organization, immediate family, and people involved in the conduct and management of the raffle are allowed to purchase tickets

11. The number of tickets being made available for sale – 5,000 tickets available

12. A description of each prize and its retail value – include the prize value of $12,500.00

14. If a prize has not been claimed, a second draw cannot take place after 30 days. The process for dealing with unclaimed prizes is “Unclaimed prizes will be held in a secure location for one year past the draw date. If prizes are still unclaimed, the prize/cash will be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by SLGA”.
