Raffle Terms & Conditions

This raffle is conducted by Royal Canadian Legion Branch 256, Stony Plain, Alberta under licence issued by the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (AGLC).

Eligibility

Players must reside in Alberta, be 18 years or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta Address.

Ticket Sales

• Tickets are sold electronically through the Rafflebox platform.

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

• Tickets will only be issued after payment has been successfully processed.

Draw Date and Location

• The draw will take place on the specified draw date listed on the raffle page.

• The draw will occur at Royal Canadian Legion Branch 256, Stony Plain, Alberta, using the Rafflebox certified random electronic draw system.

Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected by random electronic draw.

• Winners will be contacted using the information provided at the time of ticket purchase.

• Results may also be posted on the raffle webpage or Legion communication channels.

Prize Claiming

• Winners must claim their prize within 90 days of the draw date unless otherwise stated.

• Valid identification may be required to claim prizes.

• If a prize is not claimed within the required timeframe, it will be handled in accordance with AGLC regulations.

General Conditions

• By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable AGLC rules and regulations.

• The raffle is subject to the rules and licensing requirements of the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission.

• The licensee reserves the right to publish the winner’s name.
