Join us for a magical holiday evening at Saturday, December 20th, 2025 at Century Mile Racetrack and Casino as we present The Race to Save Christmas, in partnership with the Alberta Standardbred Horse Association and Horse Racing Alberta.

Doors open at 5:15 PM, welcoming guests into a festive atmosphere filled with holiday lights, racing excitement, and family fun. Browse our cozy Christmas Craft Market, featuring local vendors and unique seasonal treasures perfect for last-minute gifts and stocking stuffers.

Guests can also look forward to gift card giveaways and so much more, making the night even more exciting and full of surprises.

Kids can enjoy photos with the Grinch, Santa, and a few of Santa’s reindeer, creating picture-perfect memories of the season. There will also be a balloon artist and face painter on site to add an extra touch of Christmas magic.

Admission is free, but we encourage guests to bring a donation in the spirit of giving this holiday season. Gather your family and friends, bundle up, and come experience an unforgettable night at the races as we come together for the Race to Save Christmas. 

The Leduc & District Food Bank (LDFB) will be hosting a prize raffle of 50% of the Ticket Sales. There will be presales online startign December 1, 2025 and in person sales at the event on December 20, 2025. With proceeds going to help support programs they offer such as the Food Hampers, School Snack Attach and School Bagged Lunch Program, The Kitchen and Skills Learning Center, etc. The LDFB serves 7 Municipalities within the Leduc County Region with a population of approx. 80,000.
