1. Eligibility (Online Sales):
Participants purchasing tickets online must be residents of Ontario, be 18 years of age or older, and pay using a major credit card or Visa debit card. The payment method used for online purchases must be registered to an Ontario address.
2. Ticket Sales:
Tickets will be available for purchase online using an electronic raffle system supplied by Rafflebox Technologies Inc, an approved vendor of the AGCO, beginning February 25, 2026, and online ticket sales will close on March 22, 2026. Online ticket sales are restricted to individuals with Ontario addresses as outlined above.
Procyon Wildlife reserves the right to offer in-person ticket sales at select special events held in Ontario during the ticket sales period, using In-Venue machines provided by Rafflebox Technologies Inc. In-person ticket sales are open to any individual who is physically present in Ontario at the time of purchase, provided they are 18 years of age or older and otherwise meet all eligibility requirements under Ontario lottery regulations.
3. Pricing:
Tickets will be sold at the following rates:
- 1 for $5
- 3 for $12
- 10 for $20
- 50 for $50
- 100 for $75
4. Draw Date:
The draw will take place on March 22, 2026, following the close of ticket sales.
5. Draw Location:
The draw will take place at the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel, 1 Harbour Square, Toronto, ON M5J 1A6, during the Furnal Equinox 2026 event where Procyon Wildlife is being hosted as their Charity of Choice.
6. Winner Selection:
The winning ticket will be drawn using Rafflebox Technologies Random Number Generator (RNG). The winner will be contacted by phone or email using the information provided at the time of purchase.
7. Prize/Jackpot
This is a 50/50 Raffle. The winner will receive 50%* of the jackpot, and the other 50%* will support Procyon Wildlife Rehabilitation and Education Centre.
* The advertised jackpot is based on gross ticket sales. Applicable processing and platform fees, which may vary, will be deducted prior to determining the final jackpot amount.
8. Announcement of Results:
Draw results will be announced on the Rafflebox Event Page, Procyon Wildlife’s website, social media channels, newsletter, and/or other official communication platforms. Results will also be announced at the Furnal Equinox 2026 closing ceremonies.
9. Publicity:
By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser agrees to allow Procyon Wildlife to use the purchaser’s name and image, without compensation, for promotional purposes related to this or any future raffle.
10. Prize Claim Period:
The winning ticket holder has six (6) months from the draw date to claim their prize.
11. Unclaimed Prizes:
If no winner comes forward within six (6) months, the winning ticket stub will be secured in a safety deposit box for that period by Procyon Wildlife. After the claim period has elapsed, the prize will be donated to a charity other than Procyon Wildlife, subject to approval by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
