Philanthropy in Action 2026 Raffle

Official Rules of Play

Rules of play:

(i) Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older and located within New Brunswick to purchase tickets.

(ii) The purchase price of tickets is 1 for $20, 3 for $50, 7 for $100.

(iii) The number of tickets being made available for sale will be limited to 650 tickets.

(iv) All ticket sales are final. There will be no refunds issued to anyone for any reason. All tickets purchased and entered into the draw cannot be refunded.

(v) The date, time, and location of the draw(s) will be:

Time: 7:45 PM

Date: May 21, 2026

Location: Richard J. Currie Center, 15 Peter Kelly Drive, Fredericton, NB.

(vi) The draw will be conducted by a random draw utilizing a Justice and Public Safety (JPS) registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG). The winners shall first be announced live at the PIA Celebration on May 21, 2026, and subsequently be announced to all participants via electronic notification.

(vii) There will be only three (3) prizes drawn in the order presented below (vii). The winning tickets are removed from the raffle draw.

(viii) The Prizes:

1. Samsung 65” Frame TV, professionally installed in your home by Brighter Spaces ($3,000 value)

2. Atlantic Superstore Gift Card ($500 value)

3. Regent Mall Gift Card ($500 value)

(ix) Conditions affecting ability to win or claim prizes, including but not limited to:

a) Tickets may only be purchased by participants physically located in New Brunswick and who are 19 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase.

b) Ticket purchasers must use a valid email address to purchase tickets and claim prizes.

c) Prizes will be delivered by Fredericton Community Foundation.

d) Employees of the organization involved in the conduct and management of the raffle are prohibited from purchasing tickets.

(x) Ticket purchasers may contact the Licensee in the event of a question, complaint, or dispute at info@fredfdn.ca and 506-454-2262.

Unclaimed Prizes:

Fredericton Community Foundation shall hold prizes that are unclaimed in a secure location for a period of two months from the date of the draw. If the prizes go unclaimed beyond their hold date, there will not be another draw, and they will be donated to the charity.

Prize Substitution:

All prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitution.
