Charitable Raffle Lottery

1. Lottery License

This raffle is conducted by Peterborough Folk Festival, a registered charitable

organization, under Ontario Lottery Licence # 3551599, issued by AGCO

2. Eligibility

● Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase.

● Tickets may only be purchased and held by residents of Ontario, unless

otherwise permitted by the licensing authority.

● Employees, board members, and volunteers of Peterborough Folk Festival

may purchase tickets unless otherwise restricted by the license.

3. Ticket Sales

● Tickets are sold at $ 20 each

● Ticket sales begin on Thursday March 12 at 12:00 pm and close on Sunday

August 16th at 5:00 pm

● Tickets must be purchased before the draw deadline to be eligible.

4. Method of Draw

● The draw will take place on Sunday August 16th at 5:00 pm at the

Peterborough Folk Festival on the Main Stage at Nicholls Oval Park, 725

Armour Rd, Peterborough

● Winning ticket(s) will be selected at random from all eligible tickets sold.

● The draw will be conducted by the authorized principles of the PFF Draw,

Rob Davis and Rebecca Schillemat

5. Prizes

● The prize to be won is a signed Gretsch Jim Dandy Guitar

● Prizes have no cash value unless stated and must be accepted as

awarded.

● Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

6. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets sold.

7. Winner Notification & Claiming Prizes

● Winners will be notified by phone and email using the contact information

provided at the time of purchase.

● Winners must claim their prize within 60 days of the draw date.

● Proof of identity may be required to claim a prize.

8. Unclaimed Prizes

Any prize not claimed within the specified timeframe will be handled in accordance

with Ontario lottery regulations and the terms of the lottery license.

9. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name and/or photograph for

promotional purposes related to the raffle, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

● All ticket sales are final. No refunds.

● The raffle is subject to all applicable federal and provincial laws and

regulations.

● Any disputes will be resolved by Peterborough Folk Festival, whose

decision shall be final.
