NEOVIA Wellness Foundation Summer Raffle

NEOVIA Wellness Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to filling service gaps and removing barriers so that vulnerable individuals and families across Alberta have equitable access to community social services, resources, and supports that help them heal, grow, and thrive.

Our mission is to ensure that those facing challenges such as mental health concerns, housing instability, financial barriers, and difficulty accessing specialized services are connected with the support they need. We assist clients with referrals, resource navigation, housing supports, specialized programming, and access to mental health services and community wellness initiatives.

All funds raised through this raffle will go directly toward supporting clients and families in need by helping provide access to these essential services and programs.

The winner will be contacted directly to claim their prize.

NEOVIA Wellness 50/50 Raffle RULES OF PLAY

1) Entry is open to all volunteers and public.

2) Must over 18 years of age to play, tickets must be purchased in Alberta.

3) This is a 50/50 lottery – 50% of ticket sales goes to the winner, 50% is collected by NEOVIA Wellness Foundation.

4) Purchase price and quantity of tickets are,

5 FOR $25.00

25 FOR $50.00

100 FOR $100.00

No refunds will be given.

5) All winners are notified by email or telephone.

6) By playing, you consent to have your name and/or photograph used in social media, marketing materials and publications to advertise the raffle and other charitable works of NEOVIA Wellness Foundation.

7) Prizes are paid by electronic funds transfer (EFT) or cheque with.

8) Payment for winner will be issued within 48 business hours after the date of the draw.

9) All prize winners have 3 months from the date of the draw to claim their prize. If a prize has not be claimed within 3 months from the date of the draw, NEOVIA Wellness Foundation will write the AGLC asking permission to revert the prize back to our foundation with the proceeds to be spent on currently approved Use of Proceeds.

10) In the event a winning ticket has more than one name on it, the NEOVIA Wellness Foundation shall award the prize to only one of the individuals identified on the ticket. The foundation and AGLC are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose names appear on the ticket.

11) The following are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: The person administering the draw and any person within their household, the person witnessing the draw run and any person within their household.

12) The draw will take place at 1:00pm, the draw will be determined by Random Number Generator (RNG). Draw takes place at the Health Foundation office (8205 95a Ave) and is open to the public. If the draw falls on a statutory holiday, the draw will be made on the business day immediately following. In the event of a power failure, the draw will be conducted once the power is restored.
