NORTH SHORE WHITECAPS 50/50 RAFFLE RULES

1. Players must be 18 or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard

Debit. 


2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

• 1 for $5

• 3 for $10

• 10 for $20

There is no limit to the number of tickets being sold.


3. There will be 2 draws in the 2025-2026 season. The 50/50 draws will take place at 10

am on December 13, 2025 and March 21, 2026 at Garnet B. Rickard Arena, 2440

Durham Regional Hwy 2, Bowmanville, ON L1C 3K2.


4. The winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of ticket sales.


5. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic

Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw. 


6. The winner will be determined by a random draw using a registered Electronic Raffle

Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

7. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. Results will be announced on

social media and raffle website immediately following each draw.

8. The winner must provide his/her name, address, and phone number with picture

identification for our report sheet.

9. Winners will be paid by cheque or e-transfer for the amount posted on the lottery

website for which they bought their ticket. Winners must have the original winning ticket

and no copies.

10. The winning ticket holder has 6 months from the draw date in which to claim their

prize. Unclaimed prizes will be reported to AGCO, and a charitable allocation will be

approved by AGCO.

11. No refunds will be offered.

12. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.

13. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 draws:

• Residents outside of Ontario

• Anyone under the age of 18
