Example Raffle Rules 50/50

1) Players of this lottery must reside in Ontario, be 18 years of age or older, and must use a major credit
card of Visa debit card to purchase. Credit cards used for payment must have an Ontario address.

2) Tickets will be available for sale online, and we reserve the right to offer in-person ticket sales at
special events.

3) Tickets will be sold at a rate of – 1 for $5; 3 for $10; 20 for $20; 100 for $50 starting on or
after January 30th, 2026.

4) Draws will take place on March 30 2026 (early bird $1000.00) and June 22nd 2026 @ 12:01am EST.

5) The winner will be determined by random-number generator draw. The winner will be contacted by phone or email.

6) Draw results will be announced on our Facebook page ((2) Facebook)

7) By purchasing a ticket, purchaser agrees to allow Norfolk Hammerheads Swim Team to use purchaser’s name and image without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.

8) The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for.

9) In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning stub will be kept in a safety deposit box and held for 6 months. After that time period has elapsed the prize will be donated to a charity other than Norfolk Hammerheads Swim Team, with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
