This raffle is conducted pursuant to the Gaming Control Act (New Brunswick) and is regulated by the New Brunswick Department of Justice and Public Safety.

1. ELIGIBILITY

• Participants must be 19 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase.

• Participants must be physically located in New Brunswick when purchasing tickets.

• The winner must provide valid government-issued photo identification to claim the prize.

2. TICKET SALES

• Ticket Price: $25.00 CAD per ticket

• Maximum Number of Tickets Available: 200

• Ticket Sales Begin: April 1 9:00 AM

• Ticket Sales End: May 1, 2026 at 5:00 PM

Tickets will be sold electronically via rafflebox.ca. Upon purchase, buyers will receive an electronic confirmation with their assigned ticket number(s).

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

• Electronic transactions are subject to technical limitations, and the Licensee is not responsible for failed purchases due to system errors.

3. DRAW DETAILS

• The draw will occur on May 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM at 59 Union Street, St. Stephen, NB.

• The winning ticket will be selected using a secure electronic draw method via RaffleBox.

• The draw will proceed regardless of the number of tickets sold.

• The draw may be conducted publicly and/or livestreamed.

4. Prize

Prize Description:

• Three-night stay at Seaside Resort (accommodations for 2 adults (ages 21+))

• Two adult passes to Paddle Fest Music and Nature Festival

• $100 gift card to Sage in the Garden, Kingsbrae Garden

Approximate Retail Value: $1,364 CAD

• Prize must be accepted as awarded.

• Prize is not transferable and has no cash value, unless otherwise stated.

5. ODDS OF WINNING

• Odds of winning are determined by the total number of tickets sold.

• If ticket sales reach the maximum of 200, the odds of winning are 1 in 200.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIM

• The winner will be contacted using the email/phone information provided at purchase.

• If the winner cannot be reached within 14 days, the Licensee reserves the right to apply for a new lotto license and raffle the prize again.

• The prize must be claimed no later than May 10, 2026.

• Winners must provide valid government-issued ID and comply with any additional verification requirements.

7. PRIVACY

• Personal information collected is used solely for the administration of this raffle.

• Information will be handled in accordance with New Brunswick privacy legislation and RaffleBox policies.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to comply with these Rules of Play.

• The decisions of the Licensee are final and binding in all matters.

• This raffle is void where prohibited by law.

• The Licensee is not responsible for technical malfunctions, incomplete transactions, or lost/duplicated tickets.

• The Licensee reserves the right to amend or cancel the raffle in compliance with NB Gaming regulations.
