Rules governing the 2025 Nord-Bridge Seniors Centre Car and Cash Raffle.

1. The maximum number of tickets will be 7750 sold in the format of
a. Series A - 1 @ $25.00 Total series packages 4,000 Total number of tickets 4,000
b. Series B - 5 @ $100.00 Total series packages 750 Total number of tickets 3750
2. Ticket sales will Start October 9, 2025, & end February 13th, 2026. The draw date will be February 13, 2026, At Nord Bridge Seniors Citizen Association, 1904 13 Ave N Lethbridge AB, at 12:30pm
In case of a power outage the draw will be delayed until power is restored. If not restored within 3 hours, the draw will be rescheduled to February 17, 2026, at Nord-Bridge Seniors Citizen Association, 1904 13 Ave N, Lethbridge AB, and will be advertised to the public and ticket purchasers.
3. Tickets will be emailed to the purchaser through Raffle box, the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS). There are no physical tickets mailed out, with Methods of Ticket Purchase Via Credit Card, or Debit Credit Card. Online purchases only!
4. Winners will be determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), provided by an Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis approved Electronic Raffle Supplier (Raffle box)
5. Ticket Purchasers must be 18 Years of Age or older, and the Name of a Minor may not be presented in any way on the tickets purchased. If it is determined prior to the draw date that a ticket has been issued to a minor, the ticket is deemed void, and the purchaser will be refunded.
6. This Raffle & Draw are open to the public for purchase across Alberta.
7. Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Alberta.
8. Tickets cannot be sold through sites such as Kijiji or Marketplace, nor can previously purchased tickets be resold.
9. Only one payment method will be accepted.
10. Only one mailing address will be recorded.
11. Only tickets that have been verified as paid for will be entered into the draw.
12. The following, including their spouse and any related dependent person residing in the same household are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: The raffle manager and the partners and employees of Raffle box.
13. Each ticket may only have one person’s name on it. In the event winning ticket stub has more than one name on it, the prize will be awarded to only the first person identified on the ticket stub. Neither Nord-Bridge Seniors Center nor AGLC are responsible for any dispute that may arise between different individuals whose names appear on the tickets.
14. All tickets purchases are final, and refunds are not available.
15. The first prize to be awarded is a Brand New 2025 Subaru Crosstrek CVT Touring edition credit worth $35,355.34 to the person whose ticket is drawn first. The winner will be awarded $35,355.34 credit towards a Vehicle from Davis Auto Group Lethbridge. There will be no cash in lieu with the prize, the first prize will be a Brand New 2025 Subaru Crosstrek Touring CVT that the winner will be able to pick out themselves. If it is determined prior to the draw date that a ticket has been issued to a minor, the ticket is deemed void, and the purchaser will be refunded.
16. The second Prize to be awarded will be $2500 Cash Prize made payable to the person whose name is on the second drawn ticket and will be provided to the winner via Cheque from Nord-Bridge Senior Citizen Association: with their Personal Name on the Official Cheque. If it is determined prior to the draw date that a ticket has been issued to a minor, the ticket is deemed void, and the purchaser will be refunded.

18. Draws are made in order of descending value. After each drawing, the winner’s names and ticket number are recorded and the ticket number remains eligible for all subsequent draws.
19. The winners of the prizes will be notified by telephone and contacted via email by the telephone number and email address provided by the ticket purchaser.
20. All winners have twelve (12) months (1 Year) from the date of the draw to claim their prize. Any costs associated with the delivery of the prize due to distance or unique circumstances will be covered by the winner.
21. If the winner has not claimed the prize within Twelve 12 Months (1 year) of the draw date and after all reasonable attempts to contact the winner and award the prize has been exhausted (i.e., by telephone, at the number provided on the ticket or by email at the email address provided on the ticket stub). The Unclaimed prize or cash equivalent, after one year from the draw date, may be donated back to Nord-Bridge Seniors Centre upon AGLC approval.
22. To ensure the privacy of the winners, only the winning ticket numbers will be posted on the Nord-Bridge Seniors Centre’s Facebook & Instagram pages during the week immediately following the draw date. Names will be given upon request and approval.
23. The minimum Number of tickets that must be sold before requesting a draw date extension or a cancellation of the raffle would be 2500 tickets.
