50/50 RULES
1. All tickets will be sold only to people who are 18 years of age or older.
2. Tickets will be sold online using the electronic lottery system supplied by Rafflebox.
3. The lottery dates and times listed below will occur in the Province of Ontario:
May 31st, 2026 @ 12:00pm EST draw
- Ticket sales will open May 1st at 12:01am EST
- Ticket sales will close May 30th at 11:59pm EST
June 30th, 2026 @ 12:00pm EST draw
- Ticket sales will open June 1st at 12:01am EST
- Ticket sales will close June 29th at 11:59pm EST
July 31st, 2026 @ 12:00pm EST draw
- Ticket sales will open July 1st at 12:01am EST
- Ticket sales will close July 30th at 11:59pm EST
4. Tickets are 1 for $10; 5 for $20; 20 for $50
5. After buying, patrons will be provided by the sellers, a receipt with their 50/50 registered
numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are
generated randomly.
6. The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system
from all lottery numbers sold for the draw.
7. The amount of the 50/50 will be determined based on the number and value of tickets
purchased.
8. The draw will be done at 1321 Fisher Street, North Bay, Ontario and the winning number will
be updated in real time on the lottery landing page and posted on the North Bay Baseball
website.
9. Winners will be contacted to arrange a time to claim their prize. Winners may also contact
the Association to claim their prize by contacting North Bay Baseball Association
info@northbaybaseball.ca. Winners will be paid by cheque for the amount posted on the lottery
website. Winners will also need to provide proof of purchase. All payments will be made by
cheque.
10. The winning ticket holder has six months to claim their prize from the date of the draw in
which their ticket was purchased for. The winning number will be kept on file in a secure
location and held for six months. After that time period has elapsed, the prize will be donated to
North Bay Baseball Association, with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of
Ontario (AGCO).
11. The winner must provide his/her name, address, and phone number with photo
identification to claim the prize.
12. Once the winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given a
cheque in the amount of the declared prize, which is 50 percent of the total sales for that draw.
If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such
identification can be provided.
14. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 draws:
- Purchasers outside of Ontario
- Anyone under the age of 18
- Members of the NBBA Board of Directors as well as their spouses and children residing at the same address.
15. The above set of rules will be posted on the lottery website.
