MSVU Business & Tourism LEAD Fundraiser – House Rules
1) Players must be individuals, 19 years of age or older, and must reside in Nova Scotia. Credit cards used for payments must have a Nova Scotia billing address.
2) Tickets will be sold online through Rafflebox and sold at a rate of:
- Prize Raffle Tickets: 1 for $50 OR 3 for $100. A total of 800 tickets will be printed for this lottery.
- 50/50 Raffle Tickets: 1 for $10 OR 3 for $25
3) Ticket sales will close on March 31st at 11:59 p.m. with the draw taking place on April 8th, at 12:00 p.m. (noon) at the Department of Business & Tourism Office, McCain Centre, Mount Saint Vincent University, 166 Bedford Highway, Halifax, NS.
4) Prizes consist of multiple donated travel, accommodation, dining, and experience packages, a full list of prizes, their retail value, and applicable conditions or expiry dates can be found on the MSVU Business and Tourism LEAD Fundraiser webpage. The winner of the 50/50 jackpot will receive a cash prize equal to half of the total ticket sales.
5) The winners will be determined by a random draw using Rafflebox RNG (Random Number Generator) Software.
6) The winners will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 90 days to claim their prize(s). If any prize is unclaimed after 90 days, a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 90 days. Draw results will be announced on the MSVU Business and Tourism LEAD Fundraiser webpage and MSVU’s Business and Tourism’s social media accounts.
7) By playing you consent to having your name, winning number and community published.
8) The person(s) drawing the winning number, involved in the setup of the draw, or any other approved item for that current draw must not hold a ticket for that draw: this includes the licensee. Volunteers and family members not involved in the draw are eligible to participate.
9) All proceeds will support experiential learning initiatives within the Department of Business Administration and Tourism and Hospitality Management at Mount Saint Vincent University.
