Rules of Play for 50/50 Electronic Raffle

1. Players must be 18 years or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit. Ticket sales start on:

· June 1st, 2026 at 9:00am and end on June 17th, 2026 at 8:00pm

· August 1st, 2026 at 9:00am and end on August 24th, 2026 at 2:00 pm

2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

· 3 tickets for $20

· 10 tickets for $30

· 30 tickets for $50

3. The draws will take place:

· June 17th draw - at this year’s Annual Conservation Dinner:

The Manor

4. The winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of ticket sales.

5. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.

6. The winner will be determined by a random draw using a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

7. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. Winners have six months to claim their prize. Any prizes which are not claimed must be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. if at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 draws:

- Anyone under the age of 18

- residents outside of Ontario

8. By playing, you consent to having your name and winning number published.
