The Local Helicopter Emergency Response Organization (Local HERO) Foundation is proud to present the 5th Annual Wheels and Wings Charity Car Show, once again presented by our long-standing partner, NAPA Auto Parts and featuring our 50/50 raffle sponsored by Fort McMurray Toyota. This high-octane community celebration blends the roar of engines with the whoosh of rotors for an unforgettable day of connection, excitement, and purpose.

Returning to the tarmac on Saturday, July 18, 2026, and once again held in collaboration with the YMM Airport Authority, this year’s event promises even more thrills. From classic cars and custom motorcycles to aircraft displays - there’s something for every enthusiast. Attendees can enjoy People’s Choice voting, Committee Choice awards, music, food trucks, raffles, family fun, and of course, a close-up look at HERO1, our region’s only helicopter emergency medevac.

Your support makes it all possible. Proceeds from this event go directly toward sustaining our Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) program, ensuring access to critical care across the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, especially in rural and remote areas. Since 2013, we’ve completed over 700 life-saving missions, and not once has a patient received a bill.

Local HERO Foundation’s Wheels and Wings Car Show 50/50 Raffle sponsored by Fort McMurray Toyota

The Local HERO Foundation is excited to announce our 4th Annual Car Show – Wheels and Wings presented by NAPA Auto Parts Fort McMurray, featuring our 50/50 Raffle sponsored by Fort McMurray Toyota

1) Players of this lottery must reside in Alberta, be 18 years of age or older, and must use a major credit card or Visa debit card to purchase or with cash at the Car Show on July 18, 2026. Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta address.

2) Tickets will be available for sale online only and will be sold at a rate of – 1 for $10; 4 for $20; 20 for $50; 100 for $100. No refunds will be given.

3) Ticket sales will end at 3:00pm July 18, 2026. Draw will take place live at the Wheels and Wings Car Show event stage Saturday July 18, 2026, at the Fort McMurray Airport’s North Terminal parking lot 503 Snow Eagle Drive, Fort McMurray, AB at 3:30pm. Winning ticket will be posted on our Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/localherofoundation/

4) The winner will receive 50% of the total gross sales, up to $10,000.

5) The draw will take place using the approved & certified Rafflebox Random Number Generator (RNG). The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email if they are not at the draw.

6) The winner has 90 Days from the date of the draw to claim their prize. If a prize has not be claimed within 90 Days from the date of the draw, the Local HERO Foundation will write the AGLC asking permission to revert the prize back to the Local HERO Foundation with the proceeds to be spent on currently approved Use of Proceeds.

7) In the event a winning ticket has more than one name on it, the Local HERO Foundation shall award the prize to only one of the individuals identified on the ticket. The foundation and AGLC are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose names appear on the ticket.

8) By purchasing a ticket, purchaser agrees to allow the Local HERO Foundation to use purchaser’s name and image without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle. Local HERO Foundation Staff and employees directly involved in the administration and marketing of this lottery and members of the Board of Directors or any member of their household cannot participate.
