L’Arche Ottawa 50/50 Raffle Rules
- Eligibility
Participants must be residents of Ontario and 18 years of age or older to purchase tickets or claim a prize. Purchases must be made using a valid major credit card or Visa debit card with an Ontario billing address.
Who cannot play: Designated members-in-charge, prize donors, paid staff, and any individuals directly involved in the conduct, management, or sale of tickets for that specific raffle event must not purchase tickets.
- Ticket Sales :
Tickets will be available for purchase online through the official raffle platform.
- Ticket Pricing (Ticket prices may increase later)
Ticket prices cannot be changed once a ticket has been sold.
Tickets will be sold at the following rates:
➢ 1 Ticket for $5
➢ 4 Tickets for $10
➢ 20 Tickets for $25
➢ 100 Tickets for $50
- Draw Date and Time :
The raffle draw will take place on 11 july at 4 pm EST. Ticket sales will close prior to the draw time as outlined on the raffle website.
- Winner Selection
The winning ticket number will be selected through a randomized electronic draw. The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email using the information provided at the time of purchase.
- Prize Announcement
Winning ticket numbers and raffle results will be announced on L’Arche Ottawa’s website and/or social media platforms
- Use of Winner Information
By purchasing a ticket, participants consent to L’Arche Ottawa using their name, city of residence, photograph, and likeness for promotional and publicity purposes related to this raffle and future fundraising activities, without additional compensation.
- Prize Claim Period
Winners have six (6) months from the draw date to claim their prize. Valid governmentissued identification may be required to verify eligibility and identity.
- Unclaimed Prize
If a prize remains unclaimed after six (6) months, the funds will be handled in accordance with the regulations and approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
- Use of Proceeds
Proceeds from the raffle will support L’Arche Ottawa’s programs, services, and community initiatives for adults with intellectual disabilities.
