Players must reside in British Columbia or be physically located in the province at the time of purchase. Participants must be 19 years of age or older and must use a major credit card, Visa Debit, or MasterCard Debit to purchase tickets.

3. Ticket Sales Period

Ticket sales begin on December 18 2025, at 6:00 AM PST and close on January 1, 2026, at 3:45 PM PST.

4. Draw Date and Time

The draw will take place on January 1, 2026, at 4:00 PM PST.

6. Ticket Delivery

All ticket numbers will be emailed to purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS), Rafflebox. An email address is required to receive tickets. Tickets will not be sent via SMS or printed.

7. Draw Method

A random draw will be conducted using a registered ERS Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine the winner.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted by phone and email. If the prize is not claimed within 90 days, a second draw will be held using the same ticket numbers.

9. Results Publication

Draw results will be posted under the "Winners" tab on the main raffle page and can also be found on our website, https://ladysmithfol.com/5050.

10. Consent

By participating, you consent to having your name and winning ticket number published.
