Summary of Rules – KSS GRADS 50/50 Fundraiser

1. Players must reside in British Columbia or be in the province at purchase, be 19 years or
older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit. Know Your Limit.

2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:
○ 1 ticket for $5.00
○ 4 tickets for $10.00
○ 10 tickets for $20.00
○ 50 tickets for $50.00
3. Ticket sales will run from March 20, 2026 to May 22, 2026. The draw will take place on
May 22, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Kwalikum Secondary School, 266 Village Way, Qualicum
Beach, BC V9K 2T8.
4. The winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of gross sales of tickets actually sold.
Maximum gross sales are $20,000 (maximum prize $10,000); actual prize depends on
final sales.
5. A random draw will determine the winner utilizing a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier
(ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).
6. The registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox) will email all ticket numbers
to purchasers. No physical tickets will be mailed out for this draw.
7. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 30 days to claim their
prize; a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 30 days if the prize goes
unclaimed.
8. If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's
parent, legal guardian or trustee.
9. Board members and those listed as responsible for the conduct and management
(officers responsible) of an event are not permitted to participate.
10. Draw results will appear under the "Winners" tab on the main raffle page.
11. By playing, you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.
12. Should a delay in draw occur on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as
soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC
gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.
13. Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing:
kssparentgrad@gmail.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if
necessary.

ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist
you.
