RULES OF PLAY
1. Sponsor
This raffle is conducted by the Kinsmen & Kinette Club of Kindersley under Saskatchewan Liquor and
Gaming Authority (SLGA) Licence # [Licence Number].
2. Eligibility
• Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.
• Club members are not eligible to purchase tickets. Spouses and family of KIN club members are
are eligible to purchase tickets
3. Ticket Sales
• Ticket price: $10 each OR 3 for $25
• Total number of tickets available: 2000
• Tickets will be sold from July 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026
4. Prizes
Prizes are as follows:
1st Prize: Locally raised ½ Beef – Value of $2,250
Donated by: Sheady Farms Ltd.
Professionally cut, wrapped and frozen – Value of $350
Donated by: Kindersley Packers
2nd Prize: Blackstone Omnivore Griddle with hood 36 inch – Value of $600
Donated by: Kindersley and District Coop
3rd Prize: Meat Pac – 20 lbs of ground beef & 10 lbs of steak – Value of $430
Donated by: Sheady Farms Ltd.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated.
5. Draw Information
The draw will take place:
Date: October 1, 2026 Time: 7:00pm
Location: West Central Events Centre in Kindersley
6. Winner Selection
• Winning ticket(s) will be selected randomly.
• Winners need not be present to win.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of tickets sold.
7. Winner Notification
• Winners will be contacted using the information provided on the ticket stub.
• Winning ticket holders may also be posted on:
o organization website
o social media
o local newspaper
o or at the draw location
8. Claiming Prizes
• Winners must claim prizes within 30 days of the draw date.
• Valid government-issued identification may be required.
9. Use of Proceeds
Net proceeds from this raffle will support local initiatives and projects supported by the Kinsmen and Kinette
Club of Kindersley.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected is used solely for raffle administration and prize notification purposes.
11. Licence Information
This raffle is operated in accordance with SLGA charitable gaming regulations.
