Official Rules of Play
1. Eligibility
* Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
* Participants must be physically located in Saskatchewan at the time of ticket purchase.
* Ticket purchasers must provide accurate contact information, including first name, last name, address, phone number, and email address when purchasing tickets online.
2. Ticket Pricing
Tickets will be available at the following prices:
* $5 – 1 Ticket
* $20 – 5 Tickets
* $50 – 25 Tickets
* $100 – 100 Tickets
A maximum of 100,000 tickets may be available for sale.
3. Ticket Availability
Tickets may be purchased through the following methods:
* Online through the official raffle platform
* In person at approved Kinsmen Club of Yorkton events
* At the Yorkton Exhibition Grounds during designated event days
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
4. Draw Details
* Date: Saturday, July 4, 2026
* Time: 8:00 PM
* Location: Yorkton Exhibition Grounds, Yorkton, Saskatchewan
The draw will be conducted using a Random Number Generator (RNG).
The winning ticket number will be announced at the event and posted online. If the winner is not present, they will be contacted by phone or email using the information provided when the ticket was purchased.
5. Prize Information
* One prize will be awarded.
* The winner will receive 50% of total ticket sales, up to a maximum prize amount of $50,000.
6. Use of Proceeds
All net proceeds from this raffle will support community projects and charitable initiatives funded by the Kinsmen Club of Yorkton.
7. Conditions for Winning & Claiming the Prize
* The holder of the winning ticket number is the official winner.
* The winner must present valid government-issued photo identification.
* The prize will be issued by the Kinsmen Club of Yorkton in the form of a cheque.
* No cash payments will be made.
8. Claiming the Prize
* The winner has 90 calendar days from the draw date to claim the prize.
* The winner must contact the Kinsmen Club of Yorkton to arrange payment.
9. Unclaimed Prize
* If the prize is not claimed within 90 days, it will be securely held by the Kinsmen Club of Yorkton.
* If the prize remains unclaimed after one (1) year from the draw date, the prize or cash equivalent will be donated to a charitable organization approved by the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA).
10. General Conditions
* The Kinsmen Club of Yorkton is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or tampered tickets.
* All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
* If the raffle is compromised due to fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond control, the Kinsmen Club of Yorkton reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle in accordance with SLGA regulations.
11. Release of Liability
By participating in this raffle, entrants agree that the Kinsmen Club of Yorkton and its members, volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the raffle or acceptance of the prize.
