Rules and Conditions – Andrew Jesso Foundation Jibfest Weekender Raffle

1. Prizes to be accepted as offered and as presented, there are no substitutes.

2. Prizes have no cash value unless otherwise stated.

3. Purchasers must be at least 19 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor.

4. Pursuant to the regulations governing this lottery under authority Department of Digital Government and Service NL, tickets must be purchased within the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

5. Andrew Jesso Foundation reserve the right to publish names, addresses, and photographs of the winner and or ticket purchaser and retain the right to use such for any, and all promotional purposes for an indefinite period.

6. All disputes will be settled by the Andrew Jesso Foundation, all decisions are final.

7. The winners will be contacted by phone and/or email, and posted on Andrew Jesso Foundation social media.

8. One (1) ticket is $5, or 3 for $10.

9. Ticket Sales will end on February 8th, 2026

10. Tickets to be drawn on February 9th, 2026 at Marble Mountain, Newfoundland and Labrador

11. There is a limit of 1,000 total tickets available
